1,500 sq .ft. three story addition plus 550 sq. ft. of courtyards and deck, resulting in 4,250 sq.ft. of extensive renovations and restoration of living space, garage area, and storage space to a 1908 Arts and Crafts style building, plus the rear yard garden. |
||||||
|
Attention to the craftsman style detail is
evident throughout this project. The courtyards and terraces serve as a means
to order and to layer the space and to accentuate views as well as balance
the natural light of the interior space. |

The project includes work on the entryway, dining room, bathrooms, a new powder room, a new kitchen, interior stairways, skylights, and upper level master bedroom, bathroom, children's rooms, study and laundry room as well as structural upgrades. |

character to its origins and
context. These photos show the main hallway serving all three levels and the renovated exterior. |
